Now that’s what I call an odontoid fracture (though it was actually probably the synchondrosis that was “fractured")!

How would you guys even fix this in a 10 month old?

Does C1 have a spinous process?

technically, no.  i guess i should have said “between the posterior arch of C1 and spinous process of c2.”
