Neck pain42 y/o male with history of squamous cell carcinoma now with neck pain. CT cervical spine coronal reconstruction demonstrates a pathologic spondylolisthesis of C1 on C2, such that the occipital condyle is resting on the axis.

Dural arteriovenous fistula (dAVF)64 y/o male presents with headache and subarachnoid hemorrhage. 3-D reconstructions from the CT angiogram demonstrates a dAVF from the anterior ethmoidal arterial complex that drains into a large left frontal varix before heading off into the superior sagittal sinus.

More back pain This is a 15 y.o. girl, from Peru. Lives in the Andes region, has 3 dogs, high school student, Presents with back pain for 2 months and paresthesias of both lower extremities. She has slight elevation of eosinophils. NO primary, no family HX.
